Endpapers brings together a new collection of abstract collages by Tricia Crowther, constructed  from discarded vintage papers and antique books Tricia strips the materials of their original purpose to focus on shape, texture and colour.

Her process is driven by visual balance, tension and a direct response to the paper itself. Through tearing, cutting and layering, these aged fragments alongside hand painted elements, she builds structured, contemporary compositions.

The title Endpapers references the physical sheets that bind a book together. In this exhibition, Tricia takes what was once overlooked and re-imagines a new narrative. The resultant works are structurally complex yet emotionally resonant echoing the passage of time and the layering of human memory.
